Pink Mask Stick with Orris Root + Lemon
The Pink Mask Stick is made with a combination of Orris Root Extract and lemon essential oil to give a lightly citrus powdery, floral aroma. I have used Glycoin natural for its skin rejuvenating benefits (though directions have been given for its substitution) It is pastel pink in colour.
I have included instructions for making pure, professional sodium stearate in the event you can not find any in your region.
INCI: Aqua, Glycerin, Kaolin, Propanediol, Sodium Stearate, Glyceryl Glucoside , Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Iris Germanica Root, Citrus Limon Peel Oil, CI 77419, CI 77891
You will need the following:
Deionised water, cosmetic clay, red iron oxide, propanediol, sodium stearate, glyceryl glucoside (or panthenol 70 or substitute with more glycerine), Glycerin. And to fragrance: lemon essential oil and orris root extract
If you choose to make your own sodium stearate you will need stearic acid and sodium hydroxide.
