What you will need: Good quality rosewater (unpreserved), Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate (Alexmo Cosmetics, Formulator Sample Shop, Lotioncrafter), Panthenol 75% (widely available), Lactil/NMF (Alexmo Cosmetics. Please see note below) Coco Glucoside 50% (widely available), Geogard 221 (widely available)

Note: There are various varieties of NMF available worldwide that may be used as a substitute in replacement of Lactil. You can also make up your own NMF using sodium lactate 50%, sodium PCA 50% and niacinamide as those ingredients are widely available from many ingredients resellers.
